  • Some prints are limited edition, while others are open edition. Each artwork page includes details about its edition and availability.

  • Yes. All original works and limited edition prints include a certificate of authenticity, issued by Ahlsten-Stahlberg or the artist.

  • We partner with print studios that prioritise environmentally responsible materials and processes, and we continually seek to improve the sustainability of our production and packaging. Wherever possible, prints are produced close to the client’s location through our network of trusted partners across multiple continents. This reduces the environmental impact of shipping while ensuring consistency in quality.

  • Yes. We’re happy to offer framing and display recommendations to complement your space and chosen artwork.

SHIPPING

  • Yes, we ship globally. Shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your location.

  • Production and handling generally take 3–7 business days. Delivery times depend on your destination, and you will receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

  • Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email.

  • Yes, we do. Shipping for original works includes additional care, handling, and insurance to ensure safe delivery worldwide.

  • Original artworks are securely packed and shipped with insurance and tracking. For high-value pieces, we may arrange specialised art logistics partners.

  • We currently provide complimentary shipping for all art prints. Shipping costs for the original artworks are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Exact rates will be provided at checkout.

  • Yes, we review submissions throughout the year. Due to the volume of enquiries, we are only able to respond to artists whose work aligns with our current curatorial direction.

Orders & Returns

  • If your order has not yet entered production or shipping, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please feel free to reach out via email at contact@ahlsten-stahlberg.com — we’ll assist you promptly.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods, as shown at checkout. For high-value orders, we are also pleased to accommodate direct bank transfers.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • If your order experiences a delay, we will inform you promptly and provide updates as soon as they are available.

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging and the artwork. We will arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7–14 business days for your refund to be processed.
